2) Mindful Exercises - short exercises that focus on the practice of being present and calming your mind
3) Positive Actions - everyday actions you can try to increase happiness
There is a default list within each section to get you started but you are encouraged to add/edit that list in order to make the app personal to what you individually find useful.
